UK Knowledge Management Master ClassToday a growing number of people realise that knowledge is playing a crucial part in the abilities for enhanced organisational performance. Developments in business, society and in technology require adaptations in how our products and services need to meet the demands of the market. They also require a change in how our knowledge and skills are organised. How do I design my knowledge infrastructure? Where do I begin? Which techniques and methods are useful? Which bottlenecks do I have to circumvent? Every organisation has its own demands concerning a knowledge infrastructure, but how do you prioritise the demands within your organisation and evaluate their importance?
DNV-CIBIT's consultants offer you a framework for organising your capital of the future: knowledge! Our Master Class gives an overview from different perspectives on how knowledge management can work for your organisation and how knowledge management initiatives can be created and implemented.
