The information you provide is stored in a registration system managed according to the Personal Data Protection Act. Your data will not be made available to third parties. DNV-CIBIT uses your data to keep you informed of any activities and news that may be of interest to you.
Easy to unregister
If you do not wish DNV-CIBIT to keep you informed you can easily unregister by sending a letter (no stamp needed) to DNV-CIBIT, Antwoordnummer 3506, 3720 WB Bilthoven, or an e-mail to itgs.nl@dnv.com stating that you do not wish to receive any information by post and/or by e-mail.

All assignments carried out by DNV-CIBIT, are subject to general terms and conditions of business of FENIT, Federation of Dutch Trade Associations for Information Technology. You can download these by attached document.

Cancellation is possible!
When enrolling for a training course from the various open courses offered by DNV Academy - CIBIT the following conditions also apply: you can cancel your enrolment up to 3 weeks before the start of the course. A cancellation must always be submitted in writing. We will then only charge you € 215 administration costs for a masterclass and € 80 for a course. When cancelling less than three weeks before the first training day we will charge you the full participation costs. You will, however, be able to have someone take your place free of charge - under the conditions applicable to the course - providing this happens as of the first day of the training course. Billing occurs immediately after enrolment. The payment terms are 30 days.
For the KM Masterclass the cancellation conditions of de Baak apply:- 3 months before the start of the training course: € 155
- 6 weeks before the start of the training course: 50% of the course fee
- less than 3 weeks before the start of the training course: 100% of the course fee

Cancellation of the course
It is possible that the minimum group size is not reached. In such a case DNV Academy - CIBIT reserves the right to cancel the course. We will do our best to inform you of this no later than 10 to 15 working days before the start of the masterclass. If the intended lecturer is unable to give the course due to circumstances beyond his or her control (sickness), DNV Academy - CIBIT will do all it can to arrange a replacement. Should this not be possible, you will be informed as soon as possible. DNV Academy - CIBIT does not accept any liability for any costs that may be incurred when having to cancel a training course due to circumstances beyond its control.
