Thailand Productivity Institute
The Ministry of Industry (MOI) of the Royal Kingdom of Thailand aware of the increasing competition in international market decided to accelerate the Nation’s industrialization program through productivity development and also the International Quality Management activities.
In order to build-up the sound foundation of the industry, in January 18 1994 the MOI, on behalf the Government of the Royal Kingdom of Thailand, approved the establishment of an autonomous institute to execute the project. The Thailand Productivity Institute (FTPI) was formed with designation of board of directors as the National Productivity Center for Thailand.
