The EFQM Knowledge Management FrameworkDNV-CIBIT is the 'subject matter expert' in the field of knowledge management for the EFQM in Brussels. In October 2005, EFQM launched its Knowledge Management Framework that was developed by DNV-CIBIT together with PacePerfromance as a result of a benchmarking study across European companies.
