During this first day we will introduce Portals and Content Management in relation to the strategy and result areas of the organisation.
Applications, Techniques and Tools (day 2 and 3)
The participants will get an overview of all relevant IT instruments that will be linked to the Content Management Model and the Portal architecture. The envisage will be on the functionalities and principles of these tools. - Process, Organisation and Implementation (day 4)
During this last day we will focus on the critical success factors of implementing Content Management and Portal applications.
